When prayers are all you have

Sometimes in life (well, most of the time actually), there comes a point where you really want (read=need) something.. yet there's just so much that you can do..

And all you have left are prayers.. and hope..

I'm at that point.. Please pray for me.. Couldn't give specifics.. (will do once I can).. But please, help me..
