Okay! I got the whole assembly-and-attach-to-breast-on-pump process down to 2 minutes!! clap clap!!!
You must b wondering why am I so impatient about this whole process? Well it's because I have a lil' problem to begin with..
Aaron doesn't really have a sleeping schedule.. I mean, it's pretty unpredictable. First of all, I think is because he likes to clusterfeed. Meaning that he doesn't finish nursing completely at one time, but always falls asleep in the middle.. I'll always have to then go through the process of waking him up in the middle of feed, and then continue, he sleeps, wakes him up.. and then continue.
The whole process of which would normally take hours! And then when I finally put him to sleep.. it would only be a matter of time before he wakes up again..
And it's normally when I decide okay, let's pump now, that he suddenly wakes up.. mcm tau2 aje nak pump.. and when I decided to just wait just in case he wakes up.. tak bgn plak, so I missed a precious pumping session..
Okay, to be honest.. this frustrates me.. I guess the pressure of needing to produce a LOT of milk supply before going to work is just getting to me.. Oh dear.. Mcm mane ni??

oh my.. motherhood is a real hardwork. Like anon. said, you are working hard already Te'.
Its okay.memang susah pun nak establish feeding time/ a routine when u bf your child. Sbb its hard to determine the amount the baby drinks. My son pun mcm tu juga dulu. Memang resah gelisah I bila nak start kerja. But, i'm telling you now, not to worry too much. Kalau stress, lagi la susu sikit. If your son wakes up when u're pumping, don't worry. don't stop. habiskan the session Sebab, you'll never run dry of milk as long as u bf your son. I do that too. I will play with him first before i feed him.
Motherhood memang challenging. But i enjoy it to bits. susah-susah pon, anak kita. So, jangan susah hati. Make du'a to Allah.
