Full Moon??

Went back to Sabah for a few days.. Boy it was a tiring trip!! But best of all, Aaron was such an angel throughout the whole flight! Ok, I know it's just a 2 1/2 hours flight, but still!! For a first timer, he did great!! Never did once cry, and almost slept throughout.. Hope this will last for more flights to come, and not just beginner's luck hehe

In Sabah, all we did was jalan, jalan and more jalan! Aaron got to see both grandparents (yeah, I have 2 sides, so Aaron has 3 sets of grandparents!). We discovered that Aaron lovessss journeys, be it in the car or on the stroller! We really made use of the stroller lah! Nasib baik bought the pram-like stroller, it became his makeshift cot in the apartment we stayed in.. Nice :)

We had 2 main events for the trip: Aaron's Full Moon (a.k.a Aqiqah) and family gathering.. There were 2 separate events because one was held by my father, and one by my mother (Duh!) Over there people apparently use the term 'Full Moon'? I've never heard of that before.. But hey, maybe it's just me!


But then, macam pelik.. for the whole 5 days that we were there, I was soooooooo exhausted.. as in mcm xde tenaga langsung ok! I'll sleep every chance I get. It's not that Aaron was awake the whole night (he even only woke up twice!).. But somehow, Yas and I seemed so exhausted. Even our parents have more energy than we did!

All in all, that trip certainly boost my confidence in terms of taking Aaron out in public. Before this I was a bit apprehensive.. I don't know.. maybe because of the lack of feeding schedule (he seems to eat all the time when we're at home!) that I might be holding other people back from all that jalan-jalan and what not.. But now I think he's getting better kot. And I am more efficient when it comes to packing his diaper bag (when I say efficient, I mean terigt la all the things to bring!)

Ok, I'll be starting work next week.. Sigh.. Letih laaa!! I should've started work yesterday, but I took 4 days off! hehehe Nak jugakkkkkkk!!

So far, I've reorganised my wardrobe, took out all my work shoes (this is actually to REMIND me what shoes do I have!).. Went to wax2 mane2 yang patut :P, kidnapped some baju kurung from my Sis in law hehe and BOUGHT MAKE UP!!

Haiyoooo the last bit was just something to mark the mini 'makeover' before I return to work.. Alaa, bukannyer makeover sgt pon! My hair is just a little bit longer, did relaxing.. but macam tak jadik jer?? Not so new hair, new make-up, new spirit (what??) for my first day after maternity leave! Semangat!!
