I always manage to get my heels stuck in any 'hole' on the ground. If ever the road is as smooth as glass, and there is only ONE tiny hole, I can bet you that MY heel will definitely find its way there..

That explains my constant need to change the bottom of my heels! It always comes off! Annoyingggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
Anyway, already started going to the gtower gym.. OMG! Loving the environment and the strategic'ness of its location. It's so near!! Now going to gym after work is much much easier.
Before, we had to go back home first, eat, try to put aaron to sleep, and then go to the gym. Penat la to go out once u're back home. And sometimes if Aaron doesn't want to sleep just yet, we'll end up going to the gym later at night.. and on gym nights, confirm tak sempat lepak2 coz back from gym terus nak tdo kan!
But now, after work, straight to the gym (which would only take around 15 mins tops! - had to move the car, park it there etc.. easier nak balik rather than leaving it at the office).. workout for about an hour, shower.. then back to my baby by 6.50pm. Moreover, it's not as packed (yet!) as compared to my previous one, coz when I arrive, most people haven't got off work yet. So when I'm done, that's when peak hour starts. Hehe so yeah, having the gym close to the office does help! :)
Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh such a feeling! Going back with nothing else to do but spend time with Aaron. Bliss :) knowing that I managed to squeeze in some workout time beforehand, I don't have to think about it when I get home. Yeay!!
Most of my friends have signed up, except for a few yang STILL THINKING! Come on already, you know you will sign up eventually.. just sign the papers! Hehehe.. There is a difference if you go to the gym alone, and when you go with friends. You motivate each other! You don't feel bored! You help push the other when she/he needs em'. And you be healthy together! :)
Okay, after a 2 day course.. I need to get back on track. Thank goodness there's not much to attend to today! ;)

Hahahaha!!, alaaaa dayana, biasela tu sakit2 sbb u mane pernah buat weights sume ni. I pon sakit badan dulu. Xde nye superpower trus x sakit :p lepas 2-3 kali ok dah la tu. Nanti bile dah lame, u pun x rase sakit tp rase lagi kuat. Jgn give up!! Hehe u kan motivasi tinggi, ni same je mcm klau u x paham mende u study, u just try buat je. Lame2 ok.

Jid, triple? U're not doing the shower stalls at gtower justice!! Not just higher in number dina, but BETTER in quality as well!! Compared to other commercial gyms pun ok! Sometime this week, go take a tour there. U'll be amazed! :p but hurry! The offer ends this week (supposedly la!)
