Lost touch

Ran 3 miles yesterday.. ONLY. I think I have lost my touch. Used to be able to just runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... runnnnnnnnnnnn... and runnnnnn.. Heck, that's like the only other exercise I did when I was in high-school and college. But when I went to London, suddenly it all stopped. Malas kot nak lari2 kat park. Dogs running free is just not my kind of place. Too scared.

I shall make it a point to run more for the next few sessions. At least try and finish the '100% completed' thingy on the treadmill. When I'm done (a few times), then I will probably consider thinking about joining a marathon. Something I've always wanted to be a part of, but never got the courage.

Baik, at the office early, so let's start work!

Yes i think u should join the marathon. Start with something less pressure like charity running etc. I'm sure u can do it. Don't let ur fear prevent u from doing something tht u love.

3 miles??? I 1 km pon dah tercungap2. But u... 3 miles???? Wow tabik spring!

i also had the same trouble, its hard to feel part of something, but you just need to relax yourself , dont think about the stress just do it, dont feel scared =D
