I've got the munchies. BIG TIME. It doesn't help that we have a table full of food from hampers, ready for anyone to enjoy. Psycho. Temptation. Haha.. Maka dengan itu, I've decided a 'healthy' way to combat the munchies (Trust me, the food on THAT table aren't entirely healthy.. Chocolate fudge cookies anyone?) is to down as much water as I can everytime I think of walking over there..
So far, it's working.. well apart from the every 5 mins urge to run to the toilet.. I'm actually 'forcing' myself to drink loads of water, which is good no?

15 mins after that creating that draft... I went to make myself a slice of bread (whole grain mind you!) with peanut butter and choc spread. It's all about balance yo!
Now.... VS for lunch..... Drools....
