So jumped out of bed this morning (Coz I was freakin' late!!), bergegas siap2.. gosok baju kerja and off to the office to tag.. then to the gym
T'was a good 4.5km run :) :) :)
Let's start slow ok? Tomorrow will do weights and light cardio. I think I need to work out an exercise schedule. He says cannot overwork, nanti redundant..
Ermmm... nyeh? hahah dunno, caya only, he's the expert ;)
