Ok, not quite yet.. Just saying :P
Huwaaaa my baby boy is growing up too fast! It's night 3 of his new development I.e preferring to sleep in his own cot.. YES, preference as in lari (or golek, rather) to the other end of the cot when we try to pick him up to our bed in the middle of the night.How did that happen? Haha certainly was not planned at all! Well, we did try to ensure that his cot gets proper use over the past 1 year and 10 months or so. But we've also been lenient at times (macam selalu je hehe), esp when we miss cuddling him, or during the weekends. Other than that, strictly back to the cot after milk.
But THIS was not anticipated! Haha I guess along with his other developments like speaking in intonation.. Usually to express his feelings. Like when we kiss him too much haha a.k.a annoyed! Or when we joke with him a.k.a konon marah! Or even when the father farts! Hahahahahahah it's the cutest thing! Must remember to record one day (ehem, the boy eh, not the 'fart' bit mind you!)He has also advanced to the adult pool. Even with arm floaties, he now can swim I.e kick kick kick! :) :) that I'm most proud of! Yelaa, start swimming since 6/7 months old okay!
His cunningness? Cheekiness? Haha we believe he got that from bits and pieces of his parents (guilty!) Mata jeling2 seeing if he can get away with stuff. Astaga ini budak ahhh :) hehe but I'm glad that he also appreciates the concept of 'no' and getting scold, or rather 'cubit'.. Yes, some measures of discipline has to be instilled in this cheeky young fella.. But not so much.. Just to get an idea of 'dengar cakap'.. But yeahla, sometimes tak jadi kan! Ah well, the experience of parenthood!
Although now I think he's beginning to master the art of using his powers of persuasion when he really wants something. Power apa lagi? Pura2 cry laa.. Or rather cry for real. Well, I think most kids realize this early on. He did too. But now it seems to be more deliberate at times. Must learn how to deal with this..
I'm quite nervous about him reaching 2 years old.. Yeah, read that most personalities develop clearly during this phase ESP the one which we fear most... TANTRUMS.. Minta dijauhkan, amin.Ok now I'm off to reading. Can't sleep! Yet esok hari bekerja. Haha good luck to self!
