His first ever 'specific' request for stuff (normally it's just whatever he sees in general, never a specific item), he asked for a spiderman watch.. He wanted it so badly that he would make promises to 'duduk diam2, don't run around' in return for the watch.. haha that was an agreement made during a friend's wedding the other day. I even used the watch as a leverage for several occasions after. Up to a point where when we're about to leave the house to go to the hardware store, he'd ask..
"Nak pergi kedai buy watch aaron ke?"
Aduuuhaiiii..
Hahaha.. ok, so eventually we brought him to go and pick the watch himself. T'was a joy to see his face light up when he's finally getting what was promised. Honestly, I also made a point to buy it myself to show that I keep my promises, so when we do the pinky finger thingy (we do, sometimes) both of us have to honor our end of the bargain, of anything promised.

But kids being kids, especially my less than 3 year old kid to be exact... I found his spiderman watch in my handbag this morning. I guess it was there since the weekend. 3 days have passed by, and he'd probably forgotten about it. hahahaha couldn't help but smile and place it on his cupboard. He'll see it, and remember about his watch when he wakes up
