I'm happy to report that I am no longer afraid of making red velvet! I admit my first few tries (since the uk) didn't turn out so well. But after a few rounds.. I don't find it that intimidating




Even made a cake for sil's bday the other day. Haha cheated with the decoration as I used edible printing on top. Mudah saja! Order online only ;)




Now what I really want is....



Hahahahaha... Over gile.. Baru nak start buat cake, dah angan2 nak kitchenaid. But having one would be superb!! I'm thinking home-made bread, eclairs (apparently my mom used to make them all the time when we were in the uk masa kecil2.. Pressure weh!!)
Pastries! Wahlaaa wehhhh.. If only!
