Tasting other people's red velvet...
Yes, I love making red velvets. You give me buttermilk and red food coloring, I'm good to go. I normally have all the other ingredients at hand so not a problem.
But this doesn't stop me from indulging in other red velvets! I try em' ehem.. See and wonder why their/s taste better than mine (acehh) and admire their deco..
This one?
Disappointed me. The cream cheese frosting tasted like they put some sort of gelatin or something. Rasa pejal semacam. The cake? Too much cocoa..
So here's to more hunting!
