Because FINALLY, my cream cheese icing is of a pipeable consistency, and I've found THE red velvet recipe!
Yes, my cream cheese frosting was NEVER pipeable.. it always, ALWAYS ends up runny. I tried so many recipes I kid you not. And cream cheese ain't cheap! Hence, even if it's runny, I still had tu use it.. so I had to adapt it to suit the design etc without looking very ugly..

But yeay!!!!
Expect more red velvets in the future!!

p/s: I think I've been watching wayyyy to many Cupcake Wars episodes. It is just addictive, and gives you an idea of how to add endless twists to your cupcakes. They make it seem so easy!
