turned out the opposite.

First of all, how do you expect people to work hard, when you undermine what they do?? YOU don't even know these people, yet you say (with confidence) that such and such people do not deserve to be evaluated highly for their performance..
Only the bosses themselves know, because they oversee what their subordinates do EVERY DAY, tackling issues.. go through discussions.. etc2.. So if anything, it's the bosses who should have the final say.. Even more so if the boss does provide justifications for his/her opinion..

Habih tu? Nak ape lagi??
It's okay to judge if you actually KNOW the kind of work, amount and extent that we do.. But judging by the fact that we are mere members of a 'support department'? So? Does that mean that we don't deserve a raise? Does that mean that we don't deserve high marks?
Nonsense!!
We do the same amount of work.. we work as hard, we think as hard..
but THIS?? ohh dear, and then you wonder why people look down on the institution as a WHOLE. Why? It's because of silly things like this.
You wonder why people are leaving the institution? You thinkkkkkkkkk???
Yes, money should not be the main consideration bla3... but in a world where you need to feed your family?? Of course money is important.. So it isn't for you? Yeah.... right!!
Ok, I've expressed my feelings.. my stress'ness about the whole thing SHOULD subside.. But I'm not sure whether it will this time.. My blood's really boiling for now..
Oh dear..
