Post delivery

Hi...

Yes, I'm alive... Yes, in case you haven't heard, I've safely delivered my lovely NIK AARON EMRAN BIN NIK AHMED ASRAF!!

a mouthful right? haha, but it took us quite a while to finalise the name :P but we love it! And Aaron dear already has his own birth certificate and MyKid (IC for little ones hehe). It's quite surreal seeing his name on an official document.

It's even quite surreal holding him after the delivery.. a tale which I will be sharing insyaAllah in my next entry..

for now, let me just first introduce you to our bundle of joy, the one who we've been waiting for, MY son..

Aaron..
This was a picture of him during on his first day in this world. As you can see, he was put in the incubator straight after the delivery due to weak lungs and some infection (probably caused by me having an unfortunate fever during labor)

Sigh...

alhamdulillah, we're both doing ok now.. well, he's doing ok.. which is the important thing
