Brought Aaron to his first Gymboree at bangsar village!! We had fun! Most importantly, he had fun :) at first i wasn't really up for it due to the price.. Haha a bit pricey.. But during the trial class, i'm certainly impressed at the importance of it all.. They had loads of activities. Basically they will let either parent or both even, join the class and do all sorts of activities together with your child.. They even have activities that encourages the kids to interact with each other..
That, i thought was the most important bit.
I've seen how aaron reacts to other kids before. He gets super excited. But mostly he's only seen kids much2 bigger than him. But surrounded by kids about his age, is quite different! Exciting actually.. He gets more curious than usual, wanting to touch all the other babies.. Some of them can already crawl. So upon observing all this, he actually lifted his bum!!! So cute seeing the way he was observing these other kids crawling around effortlessly..
And then like magic.. Instead of just wiggling about, he lifted his bum!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got so excited that i probably distracted him from taking that first step forwardddd!! Alaaaaaa, xpe.. I hope more meetings with other babies can motivate him to moveeee that cute little tushie of his :)
Now is probably just a matter of finding a cheaper activity-like centre which is NEARER and CHEAPER!
Worse comes to worse.. I actually don't really mind forking some moolah out, especially if it's good for his development :)
