At the gym. Since I haven't been visiting the gym as often as I liked these past few weeks, I'm determined to put in the extra work today..
Ehem... Ok, for the next 3 sessions la ok!!
So to start off, did longer cardio to break the lemak2 yang semakin mengumpul in the ab region. Since I used the Total Body Crossramp machine, I managed to tackle arms and chest at the same time to compensate for the extra time spent on cardio.
My next target was abs. To my delight, they have a new equipment for abs!!! The one in the picture. Me likey! Abs workout seemed effortless! I did 100 reps without a hitch! So I shall incorporate this in my next sessions on my way to achieve jill's abs (ceh, ckp macam kawan sebelah rumah!)
Now... I'm tired.. Hungry.. Sleepy.. And I miss my baby. As per usual, I'm not waiting for him to finish his workout. He buat lama sgt! Ntah macam2 die buat. I'm just..
Too lazy ;)
