Yes! Over the weekend, manage to squeeze in 2 sessions of zumba, and one gym session. It's been long since I've worked out back to back on a daily basis. Now I'm all pumped up ready to take on the day!
So anyways, during gym tadi, can't help but overheard a conversation between a personal trainer and her 2 customers. These ladies did spend some good 5 mins chatting whilst I was somewhere.. Nearby.
They were talking about 'bulk' phase, 'tone' phase.. And that the trainer was explaining that it is hard to 'bulk-up', a concern with most women when exercising using weights. To build 'bulk', you'd need to consume an average of 2500++ calories a day, strict diet (read=lots and lots of protein) and yada yada yada.. Kesimpulan, she was saying.. "Ikut jerlaaa aku suruh angkat 10 lbs weights tuuuu"
Haha.. So don't worry yah. I've only recently upgraded to 10lbs weights after much resistance over the past few years. Selama ni angkat merely 5lbs weights je.. And then x nampak result i.e tone, bising. The husband yang suggested (leter) I upgrade to 10lbs.. Did so.. Haaaaaaa okkkkk.. Now I see laaaa.. Although a bit, but at least I wouldn't be left wondering, pergi gym buat apa yah?
Ok.. Now gym over, time for breakfast.. And it's 11.52am!
