Dancer Abs

Ok, I am officially obsessed.

I think I have said this before.. One of my new year's resolution is to obtain.. abs.. muscly, toned abs that I can be proud of. I don't wear baring midriff tops. But I sure damn well will feel good about myself. The husband? Haha need I say more?

So my initial target was.. August.. Kenapa August? Jangan tanya. I seriously have NO IDEA WHY. I know it will be difficult, knowing my own body.. and that tiny little detail that I ehem... just gave birth to my son about a year and a half ago? Haha, so yeah, NOT EASY.

I have been going to the gym (trying) to go regularly, consistently.. yada yada yada. It does help that my husband is AS (if not MORE vain than I am.. more so that him going to the gym alone leaves me feeling bluerghhhhh)

So ANYWAY.. having been busy, issues sana sini all.. I have been SLACKING, big time. But I have recently been trying to pick up where I can (read=early morning visits to the gym BEFORE work, WHEN I am not too busy).. Which then led me to discover, ZUMBA!

OMG, obsessed! Sha and my SIL have told me about this before. But I guess when one isn't looking hard enough, one wouldn't be able to realize its great potential. OMG best! I have now accumulated 2 of its DVDs. Could've purchased the 'Set' from the US/UK etc.. But when I bought the first DVD, saje nak try. And now, I'm hooked! The latin-based workout programme is super sexy! I constantly find myself 'dressing up' to workout.. in my own room! Apekah?

It does (read=pressure gile!) help that the instructors are.. HOT HOT HOT.. (am not talking about the male instructors whom I seriously tak berkenan).. But the women? Oih, abs made of stone ke? So yeah, dancer abs.. New mission.. by..

ummmm... I don't think I can make August.. haha.. But am trying hard! So let's push it till the end of the year, shall we? Having just balun'ed massive amounts of durians at my aunt's did leave me a tad bit tooooooooooooo bloated and uncomfortable for my own good. Yikes!

I have been searching for Zumba classes nearby (read=kawasan wangsa maju, ampang or melawati!!) but to no avail. The only ones available are too far i.e subang jaya, damansara etc2222...

Stress.. So for now, I shall just accept home dvds. Sheeshhhh
