In a bid to step up my workout regime, I have finally succumbed to the husband's suggestion to take protein shakes. I for one, have always been sceptical of 'shakes' sold at those healthcare shops with hugeeee tubs of shakes for building mass etc2..
I have always been under the impression that such 'shakes' will make me gain weight.
Gain weight = huh???
But I was misinformed. Some shakes do that. But there are a lot of kinds of shakes. So we're trying this.
We'll see ahh..
