I'm backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk at the office..
It has been a while. Yesterday went to see the doc for my last check-up where she determines whether I'm fit enough to start work, or to give me another 2 more weeks off (normally for surgeries like this, recovery time is 4-6 weeks she says)
"Ok, I think you can start work already. But take it slow ok?"
Hence, the end of my super long sick leave. After a detailed discussion about my 'reproduction' plans and actions etc, then I asked her another question, which I have been dying to ask since...haha long time dy lah!
Me: Umm... so when can I start exercising?
Doc: Cannnnnnnnnnnnnn
Me: Really?? All kinds? Zumba? Running? Gym?
Doc: Limitless! You can do anything!
(My face lights up like a kid in a candy store.. where's my sports shoes???)
Doc: But start with brisk walking first la.. and swimming.. you do swimming kan?
*cricket sound*
(My face falls..)
Ceh.. hahahahaha a tad bit anti-climax but I get where she's coming from. And I do want to have more children. So I accepted. A little bit kecewa, but accepted laaaaa... gilo! But I do miss exercising though. I feel sluggish now. MIGHT be the reason I'm losing appetite still.. but not blaming that entirely.. I just LOST appetite..
humm... weird.
but anyway... happy working people! My desk is a mess.. a few phone calls to make and a few loose ends to tie.. Looks like a busy day, and yet she told me to take it easy.. pfft!
