Part time

I can't stress how therapeutic baking is for me. To see people enjoy the baked goods is more than satisfying.

But at the same time, I love what I do..

I have entertained thoughts of just quitting and concentrate on baking. Well, without mounting financial commitments, that would probably be an easy option. However, I also love the corporate world and the different kind of satisfaction it gives me. I'd like to know how far I can push myself.

Plus, to finance our 'ambitions' (ours and for the kids) aren't going to come cheap. 

So for the meantime I guess a part time gig would do perhaps? Getting the best of both worlds.
